The Coordinator of Cross River State’s NG-CARES programme, Chief Henry Egbelo, has demonstrated his continued commitment to grassroots development by donating a laptop to the Cross River Rediscovered (CRR) Secretariat, further strengthening the partnership between his office and the initiative.
The donation, described by CRR officials as timely and impactful, is expected to boost the Secretariat’s administrative efficiency, improve documentation, and support the organization’s ongoing efforts to promote and preserve Cross River State’s heritage and development narrative.
Receiving the donation on behalf of CRR were the Director-General, Barr. Paul Ishabor, alongside other CRR delegates, who commended Chief Egbelo for his consistent support and described him as one of the Association’s most reliable partners and team players.
Speaking on the gesture, CRR officials noted that Chief Egbelo’s gesture goes beyond material support it reflects a genuine investment in the vision and mission of Cross River Rediscovered. They expressed optimism that the collaboration between NG-CARES and CRR would continue to grow, yielding greater outcomes for the people of Cross River State.
