The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the names of candidates who successfully emerged from the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections, with Hon. Princess Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole officially listed among those who scaled through the process for the Akure North/Akure South Federal Constituency House of Representatives election.
The publication of her name marks a significant milestone in her political journey and confirms the successful completion of the APC primary process and submission of the party’s nomination particulars to INEC. The development has been welcomed by party faithful, supporters, youth groups, women associations, community leaders, and stakeholders across Akure North and Akure South, who described it as a victory for inclusive leadership and grassroots politics.
Hon. Princess Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole expressed gratitude to Almighty God, the APC leadership, delegates, members, and the people of the constituency for the confidence reposed in her. She reaffirmed her commitment to effective representation, youth and women empowerment, quality education, improved healthcare, infrastructure development, and economic opportunities for every community within Akure North and Akure South.
