The Senator John Owan-Enoh (JOE) MSME Support Programme has released the list of beneficiaries for the fourth phase of the programme.
The fourth phase of the JOE MSME was declared opened on September 1 by Dist. Sen. John Owan Enoh, in continuation of his support for small business owners and artisans in Cross River State.
The application process ran from September 1 to September 11, 2026.
The application was done both online and offline.
