      Is self-acclaimed content creator on Facebook.
    8. A few weeks and months ago. He published visual posts on his Facebook pages and that of the Governor.
    9. The content is alleged to be infamous, grossly offensive, false, annoying and injurious statements against the Government of Cross River State.
    10. The posts specifically target top government officials and are aimed at inciting the public against the Government of Cross River State.
    11. The posts he made have numerous views and are still circulating one week after publication.
